New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- VJ and former beauty pageant winner Sarah Jane Dias is a multifaceted woman. After dabbling in modelling, anchoring and acting, Sarah is all set to prove her singing credentials with her debut music single, Forgot To Be Me, today.
"But, I was always a singer. I've been very passionate about music. After one of my failed relationships, I realised I ignored myself during that relationship. That's when I wrote this song," she reveals.
Surprisingly, the 32-yearold has also directed the video for her single. "It was nice of Sapna (Bhavnani, hair stylist), Bani (VJ) and Arunoday (Singh, actor) to come forth and be part of my first video. I did a lot of homework before I started directing the video, as my friends were doing a favour to me and I didn't want to waste their time," she says.
Interestingly, the video features a lesbian couple, portrayed by Bani and Sapna. "If you label LGBT community as an issue or a problem, you are banning one person from loving another person. It is silly," says Sarah.
