Mumbai, June 23 -- Film-maker Sajid Nadiadwala's production house, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, has many films lined up with directors such as Imtiaz Ali and Kabir Khan.
While the producer-director is known for striking single-film deals with actors and directors, this time he seems to have made an exception.
We have come to know that he has signed a three-film deal with film-maker Vishal Bhardwaj. A source close to the maker says, "Unlike film-makers like Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra, Sajid does not sign multiple-film deals with his actors and directors. He usually takes one film at a time. But this time, he has engaged in a long term association with Vishal." Apparently, Sajid fell in love with all the three scripts given by Vishal.
"When Vishal narrated the scripts to him, he wanted to work on all the projects, and not choose one of them. Hence, Sajid signed on all of them immediately."
The insider informs that the duo will start by collaborating for Vishal's next that stars Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Sajid confirmed the news, saying, "I have loved all the scripts that Vishalji has discussed with me."
