Mumbai, Feb. 22 -- Actor Saif Ali Khan's association with writer-director Sriram Raghavan goes back a long way. Although their first creative collaboration, Ek Hasina Thi (2004), garnered a hugely positive response, their second outing, Agent Vinod (2012), tanked.
A lot of things have changed in the last three years though. While Sriram has gone on to make Badlapur with producer Dinesh Vijan without casting Saif in it, the actor after facing a few failures, is signing movies more carefully.
Now, we have come to know from sources that the actor-director pair will be coming together for yet another film, which will be going on the floors next year. When contacted, Sriram didn't deny the story, but told us, "Saif is a fabulous actor and I would love to work with him. We shouldn't undermine Saif just because he's delivered a few flops. We haven't signed anything, but yes, I'm writing a script for him. Let's hope for the best."
