Mumbai, July 10 -- Speculation about Saif Ali Khan having problems with his business partner, Dinesh Vijan, was rife in the Bollywood circuit some time ago. However, it eventually died down.
But the absence of Saif 's name from the credits of the latest film his company has produced, led to the resurfacing of these rumours. The Deepika Padukone- and Arjun Kapoor starrer, Finding Fanny, has been produced by a company jointly owned by Saif and Dinesh. Soon after the release of the film's trailer, reports about the two parting ways started doing the rounds.
Nonetheless, it seems that all is well between the two and this was a deliberate move on Saif 's part, as he wanted Dinesh's efforts to shine.
The first time around, Saif had laughed off the rumours of any trouble. This time too, sources say, he remains unperturbed by such reports. When contacted, Saif clarifies, "My name's not in the credits because the film is Dinu (Dinesh) and Homi's (Adajania, director) baby. It is not fair to take a producer's credit for films that I am not at all involved in. Dinu is my brother and I love Homi and love the films he makes. But I had no time to be part of the project this time, so the credit would have been undeserving."
