Mumbai, April 20 -- Back in the day, Rishi Kapoor had several dance numbers in his films - be it 'Bachna ae haseeno' in Hum Kisise Kum Naheen (1977) or 'Ek haseena thi' in Karz (1980).
But as the years progressed, the actor started shying away from dancing in his films. It was only a few years back that he was seen performing on stage with his son, Ranbir Kapoor, at an awards function.
Now, Kapoor is all set to slip into his dancing shoes yet again for All Is Well.
A source says, "Bhushan Kumar (producer) suggested that he hear the song. And then Rishiji said he wanted to dance to it. He told Rishiji that it is a fast-paced number, and that he would have to jump around quite a bit, but he was confident about it."
The song, that will be choreographed by Ahmed Khan, will also feature Asin and Supriya Pathak. When contacted, Ahmed confirmed the news, saying, "Rishi sir was known for his modern dance moves, and I would like to bring that forward in this song. I am a big fan. As a kid, I used to dance to his songs."
Meanwhile, Kapoor, who is known to be a foodie, showcased his culinary skills on the sets of the same film recently. He was supposed to make Vada Pavs for a scene in the movie. To everyone's surprise, after the shoot ended, he actually made fresh vadas for the cast and crew present.
