New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Actor Richa Chadha is touring cities across the country with her stage play. On Sunday, she came to her city, Delhi, and was more nervous than ever.
"Richa has been getting overwhelming response for her play. She has already toured six cities and has performed 10 times, before she came to Delhi. Interestingly, she was more nervous here," says a source close to the Fukrey actor.
When we asked the reason for her nervousness, we were told that the Delhi-born actor's parents were supposed to attend show too. "First it's her hometown, so she was naturally excited and nervous. Then, her entire family and a few of her extended family members were also there," explains the source.
Well, her nervousness was unfounded, since she got rave reviews and compliments for her act in the play, Trivial Disasters. "She was flooded with compliments and her family and friends hugged her," says the source. The play also has the likes of actors Kalki Koechlin, Purab Kohli and Cyrus Sahukar.
Richa portrays a married Delhi woman in the opening act.
