New Delhi, Jan. 23 -- The past few months have taken actor Richa Chaddha on an unintentional spiritual trail. Well, the Fukrey actor has been to Varanasi, Ayodhya and now might even go to Haridwar next, to shoot her upcoming films.
"Richa has been in and out of Varanasi in the past few months for her next film, a Neeraj Ghaywan directorial. Before that she was shooting for Sudhir Mishra's film in Ayodhya. And if all goes as planned, her work will now take her to Haridwar, where her yet-another upcoming film will be shot,," informs a source.
Interestingly, Gangs of Wasseypur, a film that became a turning point in her career, was also shot in Varanasi. And the Delhi girl is only happy to be visiting these places which have a religious and spiritual significance.
"I am very happy to be shooting at these special places. I am a very spiritual person, not necessarily religious though. So, it's been a very happy coincidence that I have been shooting at these places recently," says Richa, adding, "Being at these places is like being in a different era and getting to know the diverse culture. The places have a beautiful old-world feel."
