Mumbai, Nov. 10 -- For some time now, rumours have been rife about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif moving in together. While both actors are far from confirming the news, someone close to them has now revealed that not only will the two be living together, they will also be shelling out 15 lakh per month as the rent for their apartment.
"They have found a seafacing penthouse at Carter Road in Bandra (W) that has two terraces. Ever since they've finalised the place, they have been busy doing it up with souvenirs that they picked up on their travels abroad," reveals a Bollywood actor, who is close to both Ranbir and Katrina, on the condition of anonymity.
Incidentally, this is the first time that Ranbir will be paying rent for a house in Mumbai. So far, he has lived with his parents, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, at their ancestral bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra (W). Katrina, however, has been living on rent ever since she moved to the city. "Since Katrina has done this before, she has been taking care of the penthouse's paper work. The last time Ranbir stayed in a rented apartment was when he was studying in the US," adds our source.
Ranbir and Katrina are expected to move into their new abode by next week. Sources say they are also planning a big house-warming party for their friends and family.
