Mumbai, April 21 -- She doesn't have any new film in hand, but Parineeti Chopra isn't losing sleep over it. In fact, the actor told HT Cafe in an earlier interview that she wants to "wait for the right script".
However, over the past few weeks, the actor has been travelling to various parts of the world for work.
"The travelling has been work-related. The last break I took was when I went to Miami, USA. After that, I've been traveling to London (UK), Dubai and other places, but only for work. I've been shooting for ads and attending events," says Parineeti.
The actor, who has not been seen on the big screen for some time now, continues to make news, and finds it "funny" how something as small as her travel plans are often misinterpreted in newsprint.
"It's unfortunate that when you want to write something good about someone, you say, 'Oh, she is travelling. It's so nice.' But when you want to write bad things, you twist the same thing and say, 'Oh, Parineeti is traveling so much; she has run away and is hiding.' I find this funny. These things are new to me, and I know it's only because I haven't announced anything new (film)," says the 26-year-old.
At the same time, Parineeti also quashed rumours suggesting her association with the film, Chenab Gandhi. "I haven't been offered the film," she says.
