New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Actors Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapoor visited Delhi University's North Campus on Monday to try out the canteen food in Miranda House and Hindu College.
The duo took the tour as part of the promotions for their upcoming food-themed film. The actors, who were welcomed by thousands of eager students who crowded the colleges to get a glimpse of the stars, said they had fun chomping on the college favourites - bread-omelette, muffins, idlis and more.
"We just entered the city and came here directly. We are looking forward to eating some good food and I know Delhi won't disappoint us," said Aditya, 28, before they dug into the elaborate spread that was laid out for them at the cafetarias.
After spending two hours with young fans on campus, the two headed to Rajinder Da Dhaba in Safdarjung Enclave late at night. Both actors confessed that they are not good cooks, but tough competitors when it comes to bingeing. "I really don't know how to cook anything ... zilch!" said 25-year-old Parineeti, while Aditya said, "I can cook eggs and that's all."
