Our own Sikhs haven't got a closure: Bhatt

New Delhi, April 3 -- Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is planning to make a film on the killings of Sikhs inside the Wisconsin (USA) Gurudwara. It will also address the 1984 Sikh riots that took place in Delhi.

"This heinous crime, carried out by hate mongers in US who killed in cold blood, people who were praying... nothing could be more tragic," said Bhatt, adding, that after questioning the foreign government he began to think if Sikhs in India had got closure.

"We began from there (USA) for the film, and came back home (India) and asked: Have we delivered justice to our own people, have they got a closure yet? The answer was a resounding no!"
