Mumbai, Jan. 7 -- Film-maker Mahesh Bhatt's next production, directed by Karan Darra, has received an 'A' certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). While the makers were expecting this verdict, they were relieved that the board didn't ask them to cut any scene from the film.
"The film has skin show and some erotic sequences. (Mahesh) Bhatt was aware that it will get an A certificate. But he was happy that he didn't have to make any changes," reveals an insider from the production house, adding, "It is meant for an adult audience and not for all age groups. But the makers are sure that there is a big audience for this film."
When contacted, Bhatt said, "The censor board has come of age. We welcome this decision. Our film is erotic with supernatural elements, and we didn't want to tame the content. That would not be fair to the audience. It is a bold film, and we are happy with the certification."
