Mumbai, Aug. 20 -- Actor Madhuri Dixit may be busy judging reality shows on TV, but she has taken time out to add another brand to her kitty of endorsements. She will now be seen as the brand ambassador of a soyabean oil brand, Mahakosh.
Speaking about the association with the brand, Madhuri says, "I am excited to partner with the brand. It has tremendous heritage and goodwill across the country, and offers consumers excellent value."
The 47-year-old actor and mother of two boys says that besides the brand value, what prompted her to associate with this Ruchi Soya Industries Limited brand, is her belief in healthy eating.
"An edible oil is the most essential part in cooking, so, I hope Mahakosh finds its way into every kitchen."
Speaking about the association with Madhuri, Dinesh Shahra, founder and MD, Ruchi Soya Industries Limited, says, "Mahakosh stands for natural goodness and health. Madhuri's persona is a perfect fit for Mahakosh. This association will help us appeal to an even wider audience."
Adds Satendra Aggarwal, COO, Ruchi Soya, "Madhuri seamlessly fits into our new brand positioning for Mahakosh edible oil. She epitomises the modern cosmopolitan woman who effortlessly delivers on her many roles - she is a celebrity role model who is a working woman, a caring wife, a mother and a trendsetter. She is also extremely health-conscious both for herself and her family."
