Mumbai, Dec. 3 -- Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif may refuse to go on record about their alleged relationship, but their pictures together (especially paparazzi shots of them in Spain) have been strong indicators of it. Now, there may finally have been a confirmation from someone close to them - Ranbir's cousin Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The Kapoors recently shot for an episode of Karan Johar's talk show, and it was during the rapid-fire round that the host asked Kareena who she'd pick if she were to have a gay encounter. "I would be more comfortable with my sister-in-law, so I say Katrina Kaif," said the actor.
This may be the first time that any member of the family has addressed Katrina in such a manner. While Ranbir, father Rishi and even Kareena remained unavailable for a comment, his sister Riddhima gave us a safe answer. "I don't know and I really can't make a comment on this. Why don't you ask Ranbir or Bebo about this? She's his sister, like I am," she says.
Riddhima goes on to add, "See, whoever he marries will be my sister-in-law. Now, jab shaadi hogi aur jisse hogi tabhi main bhabhi bulaungi (when and whoever he gets married to; I will call her my sister-in-law). Once I watch the show, then maybe I'll have something more to say about this." Apparently, on the same episode, Kareena also teased Ranbir about the wedding. She said, "I've got my lehenga ready and I'm rehearsing the steps to 'Sheila ki jawani' and 'Chikni chameli' (Katrina's popular songs)."
