New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- Actor-filmmaker Jugal Hansraj is gearing up for another stint before the camera after a long time for a small screen show. The popular child actor, who was first seen in Masoom (1983), grew up to play the popular character of Sameer in the Yash Chopra biggie, Mohabbatein (2000), along with Shah Rukh Khan. He will soon be seen in one of the upcoming episodes of Bindass' show Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
The 41-year-old, who was last seen in Madhuri Dixit-starrer Aaja Nachle, where he will be playing a badminton coach. Talking about his character, Jugal, who has even directed Roadside Romeo and Pyaar Impossible, said, "I'm really excited to be apart of youth-oriented show Yeh Hai Aashiqui since I'll be facing the camera after a while now. I've been behind the camera and directing films for sometime. So I decided to take it up."
Jugal, who has been part of films such as Papa Kehte Hai, Hum Pyar Tumhi Se Kar Baithe, Salaam Namaste and Aa Gale Lag Jaa adds, "The love story I'm doing is really nice and my character, which is of a Badminton coach, is very interesting."
