Mumbai, Sept. 10 -- Homi Adajania has been garnering a lot of attention due to his upcoming film, Finding Fanny, but someone is trying to ride this popularity wave on his behalf. The director recently discovered a fake Facebook account by his name where his impostor has been interacting with people and inviting them to audition for his next film.
Agitated by this, Adajania, says, "This has really angered me. Using someone's name to dupe people, and calling women for fake auditions, is horrible. It's because of slimy perverts and things like this that our industry gets a nefarious reputation."
To set things right, Adajania has written to Facebook and made an official complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell. "This could lead to unsuspecting aspiring actors being exploited under the guise of fake auditions. I have made complaints to catch the people behind this," he informs.
