Mumbai, May 20 -- Looks like the 'Bad Man' of the silver screen, Gulshan Grover, is in for a good time in New York, USA. We've been informed that the actor will be honoured at the upcoming New York City International Film Festival (NYCIFF).
On May 29, at the event's opening gala, he will be presented with an award for his outstanding work as an actor across continents, bringing synergy between Indian and American cinema, and promoting Indian films in America.
Grover was one of the first Bollywood actors to make the transition to Hollywood and open doors for other actors and film-makers in the international industry, paving the way for rich cultural exchange.
"The honour is not only for me, but for the Indian cinema and I'm really excited to receive it," says Gulshan Grover.
