Bollywood mourns MH17 tragedy!

By HT

New Delhi, July 19 -- Bollywood celebs expressed shock and took to social media to offer their condolences to the families of those who were killed after the Malaysian aircraft MH17 crashed on Thursday, killing all 298 on board.

The plane was reportedly shot down by terrorists in Ukraine. "Shocking. Tragic. Where is the world going? A cry for justice and a prayer for all the victims and their families ... deeply disturbed," tweeted actor Priyanka Chopra.

"Tragic news about MH17. Prayers with the families," wrote Abhishek Bachchan.

Filmmakers, too, expressed shock at the second tragedy to strike the airline this year, after the disappearance of flight MH370 in March. "If Malaysian Airlines plane was indeed shot down by rebels on ground, air travel will never be same (sic)," wrote filmmaker Shekhar Gupta.

"Deepest condolences to all affected by the Malaysian Airlines tragedy (sic)," posted actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar.
