Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- Farah Khan wears many hats. She's a choreographer, film director, producer, actor, and reality show judge. She also recently became the host of a popular controversial reality series. And now, the film-maker is set to take on the role of a host on the small screen once again. This time, the 50-year-old Bollywood director will apparently be seen hosting a cookery show.
"Farah has a vivacious personality and she has proved her versatility on many shows in the past, so the makers of this show felt she was apt for it. As part of the serial, Farah will invite her friends from the industry, who will not only talk about food, but also cook," says an insider.
The source reveals that the director has already been approached for the show and most details have been finalised, but the deal is yet to be signed.
"Farah is a die-hard foodie and she enjoys cooking for others. She ensures that food prepared for her kids at home is healthy and nutritious. Even while she is shooting, she prepares enough food so it can be shared with her unit members," adds the insider.
After the success of her last release, the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Happy New Year (2014), Farah plans to take a break from film-making this year. Recently at an event, she had said, "This year I'm taking rest. I have three children. I'm spending time with my family and enjoying my life. I'm not a machine."
