Esha Deol: 'I want to come back to the movies'

New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- Actor Esha Deol, who was last seen on the big screen in the box office disaster, Tell Me O Kkhuda (2011), now wants to get back to acting. "I have always loved the big screen. There is no age limit for talent and passion towards work. So, I look forward to being back soon. My husband Bharat (Takhtani) is very supportive of my work, be it dance or movies," says Esha.

Recently, at the younger sister Ahana Deol's wedding, Esha, who had fractured her arm, was spotted making a style statement with studded slings, well matched with all her designer outfits. "I fell in my house and my entire body weight came on my shoulder, resulting in a fracture in my arm. As there was a wedding in the family, I didn't want to wear those boring slings... I would have felt horrible," she says, adding, "Therefore, I picked up different fabrics and told my tailor to make it. I never expected it to turn into a style statement. For me it was like, if I have hurt myself, I would rather make it look stylish."

Her biggest regret, however, is not being able to dance at the wedding. "I couldn't dance at my sister's sangeet, but I played the role of a compere."

Ask her about the Valentine's Day plan, and Esha, who married businessman Bharat Takhtani in 2012, says, "For us everyday is special but since Valentine's Day is for lovers, we will do a cozy dinner and may go to our farmhouse for the weekend."
