New Delhi, May 13 -- Deepika Padukone is basking in the success of her recent release Piku, but the actor admits that she was very nervous before the release of the film.
The 29-year-old says that though she made her Bollywood debut eight years ago, she will never be able to let go of the "apprehension" before a release.
"Of course you get nervous before the release of your films. It will always be there. This is because of the hard work and effort that you have put into the project. The feeling is the same like taking an exam," she says, adding, "It boils down to the few days when your film is in theatres and the audience goes to watch it. You hope that the viewers like the film as much as you enjoyed making it. So, of course there are butterflies."
Talking about the success of her films, Deepika says that there is no way to ensure that a film does well. "There is no way you can forsee how successful a project will be. I feel that there is no formula to success. It all depends on how much you enjoy working on the project and the happiness you get from that," she says.
