Mumbai, March 4 -- Bipasha Basu, who played an important role in No Entry (2005), will be seen in its sequel, No Entry Mein Entry (NEME), as well.
Though her role had concluded in the first film, director Anees Bazmee is reworking the script to make space for his "friend".
"It's true that I am reworking the script. Bipasha is a dear friend and a talented actor. So, I want to work with her again," says Bazmee, who is set to start work on the film in June.
Talking about Bipasha's excitement on being on board, the director says, "I had a word with her a few days ago, and she was very excited that the work on the sequel is starting. The feeling is mutual, and we both want to work together."
Bazmee, who leaves for the shoot schedule of Welcome Back (WB) to Dubai on March 6, is directing Bipasha's ex-boyfriend, John Abraham, in it. "Once he (Bazmee) completes WB, he will start work on the pre-production of NEME," says an insider.
Although the makers are yet to go on record, the buzz suggests that besides Bipasha, the film will also star Esha Gupta and Chitrangada Singh.
