Mumbai, Feb. 14 -- Apart from Anushka Sharma, the list of co-producers of NH10 is a long one. Her brother, Karnesh Sharma, the trio of Vikramaditya Motwane, Anurag Kashyap and Vikas Bahl, as well as Sunil and Krishika Lulla will all share credit for the film.
In the lead up to its release next month, word is that that Anushka is unhappy with the three film-makers, who promised her the moon in terms of promotions, but now, they've passed the buck. While Anurag and Vikas are busy with their upcoming films, Vikramaditya's film with Sidharth Malhotra just got shelved.
"Anushka may have been in the industry for a while, but both siblings are new to production. So, with the onus of promotions falling mostly on her and Karnesh, she has been having sleepless nights," says a source.
This is not the first setback for the film directed by Navdeep Singh. Freida Pinto and Rajkummar Rao had initially been picked as the lead pair, but after the former expressed disinterest, the original set of producers had backed out. It was then that Vikramaditya, who is friends with Navdeep, took the idea to Anushka, who had been cast in Bombay Velvet - which he is co-producing with Vikas and Anurag.
