Mumbai, April 27 -- After extensively promoting film-maker Rajkumar Hirani's PK that released in December 2014, Anushka Sharma immediately diverted her attention to her maiden production venture, NH10.
The film, which she also starred in, hit the big screen in March. Now, barely one month later, Anushka is back to the grind, as she has two more big-ticket Bollywood films (as an actor) up for release within a gap of three weeks. Well aware that she will have to find the time to promote both these projects, the actor is now busy multitasking.
While May 15 will see Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet (that also stars Ranbir Kapoor) hit theatres, director Zoya Akhtar's upcoming multi-starrer will release in June. Anushka will be seen opposite Ranveer Singh in this movie.
"Despite this manic scenario, Anushka is trying her best to make sure that both her films are promoted well. By now, she has also become a pro at juggling the promotions of two releases one after the other," says an insider.
However, what makes things slightly tricky for the actor this time around is the fact that she also has to start rehearsing for her performance at an upcoming international awards function that will take place in the first week of June. This event will take place in Malaysia.
"The coming few months will be quite packed for Anushka, and that is why she is already working out her dates to make sure that everything fits," adds the insider. Anushka couldn't be reached for a comment.
