Mumbai, Oct. 31 -- Actors are known to be particular about their comfort during shoots. Having a vanity van at their disposal is one of the most important requisites for some. While not many stars are comfortable with sharing their vans with others, what happened recently on the set of Anees Bazmee's sequel to Welcome (2007) in Dubai was a rare occurrence.
An insider says that the film's actors, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham and Shruti Haasan had to share one vanity van for a day. "Since they were shooting in a desert, they fell short of vans. John, Anil and Shruti were requested to use the same one, and they agreed to do so," says the insider.
Apparently, the van became a relaxing spot for the entire cast, which also includes Nana Patekar, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Paresh Rawal and Shiney Ahuja. Confirming the news, Bazmee says, "Sharing a van brought them closer. They would all relax and rehearse together. That helped their chemistry too."
