Mumbai, Nov. 21 -- Today (November 21) Anil Kapoor shoots for the last episode of his TV show, 24. But what's interesting is that the actor has already sent across the hard drive containing the show to Los Angeles. He wants the original cast members of the US show - including Kiefer Sutherland - to watch the Indian version.
Anil will also travel to the US in January to "receive the feedback personally" from them. "Anil is very proud of what he has done with the desi version of the show, so he wants to know the reaction of the people who originally worked on it. So meetings with everyone, including Sutherland, are on the cards," says an insider close to the actor.
When contacted, Anil confirms: "First, I will travel to Dubai to start shooting for Welcome Back. And after the Christmas-New Year break, I will go to LA, where my local team is ready with all the plans for me. It's almost after a year that I will travel to the US to meet my friends, whom I haven't seen in a long time."
Apparently, since 24 is coming to an end, Kapoor plans to look at other formats (other shows) once he goes to LA. The actor has reportedly put all meetings and narrations on hold till he returns to India. Besides Welcome Back, Kapoor is also supposed to start work on Rajkumar Santoshi's next and Abhishek Sharma's Sharmaji Ka Atom Bomb with Tabu.
