Mumbai, June 27 -- Apart from coming up with the script and cast for a movie, Bollywood film-makers also try to shoot at unexplored locations.
Even if the makers are needed to make last moment adjustments to enhance the visuals of their film, they don't shy away from doing so.
In the same vein, Akshay Kumar's next, directed by Prabhudheva, will now be shot in Romania instead of Cape Town, South Africa, which was supposed to be the location earlier.
"The climax of the movie that has a major action sequence by Akshay will be shot in Romania. While it was supposed to be shot in Cape Town earlier, the makers felt Romania was more appealing. Even Amy Jackson's (she stars in the film) character in the movie is based out of the country," says an insider.
Apparently, the shoot will be held in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, and several other cities in the country.
"The makers will shoot at the famous Bran Castle in Transylvania, which is also known as Dracula's Castle," adds the insider. The last schedule of Akshay's film will be shot in July.
"Akshay is currently on a vacation, and will join the crew in the second week of July. Amy, who is currently with her dad who was unwell, will also join in the first week," adds the insider.
When contacted, producer Ashvini Yardi, says, "We wanted to shoot in an unexplored place, and hence, shortlisted Transylvania. A climax with heavy action, set amidst gorgeous castles, is something we wanted to try out."
