New Delhi, June 4 -- Actor Aamir Khan, who is known for transforming himself into different avatars for his films, has acquired the physique of a wrestler for his next, and has asked his dietician to help his co-actors get into shape as well.
Be it getting a leaner and younger look for his films, 3 Idiots (2009) or PK (2014), or a muscular and chiselled physique for Dhoom:3 (2013) or Ghajini (2008) - the actor never shies away from experimenting with his looks.
As part of the preparation for his next, in which he plays a wrestler, Aamir has put on a lot of weight. He reportedly weighs about 90 kilos now. To get the physique, Aamir has been following a diet plan prepared by his personal dietician, who works out of the US since January this year.
Now, the same dietician will guide the actors who will play Aamir's daughters in the film. "He (the dietician) has been working with Aamir for almost a year now. Since the actor is happy with the dietician's work, he has asked the makers of the film to get him on board to look after the diet of the other actors as well," says a source close to Aamir.
The source adds that since the actors will play young wrestlers in the film, their diets will need to be taken care of too. "The dietician will fly down to India this week to meet the girls and make individual diet plans for them," says the source.
