There’s now more room for bickering in the Bigg Boss house. The 9,000 square feet setup for the reality TV show at ND studios in Karjat on the outskirts of Mumbai has a special by-invite lounge for the head of the house in season 5. Called The Zorb, the zone has been set up in the garden
area. Here, the head can spend time with his/her confidantes and scheme a plot uninterrupted.
The main colour scheme used for the house is bright fuschia and green, and instead of just one combined bedroom as in season four, this time, there are three bedrooms in the house. The 14 housemates will be accommodated in two separate bedrooms, irrespective of gender. The third bedroom is for the head of the house. There is one common loo and bath area for both men and women.
The house, which is under the surveillance of 55 cameras, is equipped with a swimming pool, kitchen, gym, confession room, dining area, activity area and even a jail. This time, the kitchen, painted in fuschia, is placed on the left side as one enters the house. The kitchen sink has been placed in the garden instead of the kitchen, as in the previous seasons.
The confession room is done up in shades of royal green.
