Mumbai, (IANS) Rajkumar Santoshi and Aishwarya Rai will work in at least two films together if the actress sorts out her date problems, says her business manager Harii Singh.
He was reacting to reports about Aishwarya being signed for Santoshi's next film, "Ladies And Gentlemen", after opting out of "Saamna", reports Bollywood Trade.
"There's another film in the offing with Rajkumar Santoshi but all this is subject to Aishwarya's dates availability and whether her dates will be suitable for Santoshi's film," says Singh.
He says Aishwarya has always been Santoshi's favourite actress.
"Given the opportunity, he would love to cast her in all his films. In fact, every time he starts a film, he makes it a point to ask Aishwarya first before he approaches any other actress. On her part, Aishwarya also likes working with him, after the great experience she had working in "Khakee", but we are trying to work out her dates."
'Holiday' to coincide with Valentine's Day celebrations
Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt has rescheduled the release of her film "Holiday" to Feb 10 to coincide with Valentine's Day celebrations.
The film was earlier slotted for a Jan 6 release but Pooja confesses she wanted some more time to work on the pre-release campaign for the film, reports Bollywood Trade. "I felt it would be the perfect 'Holiday' for the Valentine's Day crowd," she says.
During the promotional campaign of the film, she intends to clear misconceptions that it is a remake of "Dirty Dancing".
"I don't know from where this rumour has originated, but the truth is that "Dirty Dancing" tells the story of sexual awakening of a young girl after she goes on a holiday.
"On the other hand my film hardly has anything to do with sexual awakening. It is about an ordinary and plain-looking girl, with a gawky face who is not comfortable with her looks and comes of age when she undergoes an inner transformation and emerges a confident person ready to take on the world," says Pooja.
